These Bip-Bip floor lamps, by Achille Castiglioni, were designed in 1977 and manufactured by lighting company Flos. They consist of a ceramic base filled with sand and a steel stem with the light source at the top. The light source has a heat-resistant loop that is used to direct the light in different directions.
